Every day we wake up is a new start—a new beginning.
We have choices to make throughout the day, and every choice we make maps out more choices to make, which enable us to continue to follow that thought pattern.
What sort of day you have is completely up to you, starting with what you are expected to do and what you want to do.
Most people have jobs or stuff that needs to be done to move forwards with the next task. How we choose, the choices we make are influenced by expectations, beliefs and considerations and mostly through past experiences.
The question I ask you is?
Do you solely make the choice that you want to make or the choice you think you should do with other peoples considerations in mind?
If you had the choice not to work then would you stop?
Other than money, why do you make the choices you do?
Do you do what you want to do or what you think is expected of you?
Is the amount of time you work worth the pay cheque you get?
Do you have enough money left after you have paid all you need to live to do what you desire?
If you could change your life patterns, would you?
Just sit and think for 10 minutes and question what you do and why you do?
Are you happy with how your life is going?
A few other questions worth asking are;
If you could do anything, what would you do differently?
Would you take a week off work and just to do what you want to do?
Are you getting to where you want to be in your life?
What are you putting off doing?
Do you want to change something in your life?
If so, can you do anything to influence the outcome, or is it out of your hands?
Are you ready to let go of what you know and learn a new perspective on everything?
If so, sit back and take some deep, slow breaths.
Let's go on a little journey, shall we?

No wonder we naturally spend most of the time in our heads thinking about the infinite options, possible best choices and various outcomes, Not to mention all the other considerations.
It is so easy to overthink things.
We are programmed this way from an early age to think about what we are doing and why we are doing everything.
What happens when we overthink about how we are going to do something is we start making possible problems. We start thinking about what could go work and what we will do if this happens.
Before we do anything, it is probably best to think if we want to do it and why we are doing it, Is it important and how will it make us feel once complete.
